During this 30-minute call, either by phone or video call on Google Meet, we’ll talk through your goals, challenges, and any questions you may have about the process. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to see if we’re a good fit to work together.

Pick Coaching Package

Once we’ve talked through your intentions, you can choose the coaching package that feels like the best fit for you. I offer flexible options to meet different needs. Coaching isn’t covered by insurance right now, but don’t let that stop you—your discovery call is the perfect first step to explore what works for you! 

Prepare for Coaching

You’ve booked your discovery call and chosen your coaching package—now it’s time to get ready for your first session! Please use the link sent to your email to access your client portal and complete the new client forms at least 48 hours before we meet. From there, you can schedule your session directly through the portal and add it to your calendar. You’ll also be able to send me messages in the portal anytime if you have questions. As a client you can also send text messages as needed.

Work on Yourself

Through one-on-one coaching, I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to process past experiences, emotional blocks, and traumas. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that empowers you to evolve, gain clarity, and move forward.

By combining somatic healing techniques and parts work, this method helps you release emotional trauma that is held in your body and subconscious. By increasing your awareness of how emotions are stored physically, we can address and clear stuck energy. Through guided mindfulness techniques, you’ll learn to stay present, increase self-awareness, and develop greater emotional resilience. This practice will support you in staying grounded as you navigate your journey. At times, guided visualizations are incorporated to support nervous system regulation, promote relaxation, and help you connect more deeply with your inner wisdom and/or your higher power. This holistic approach supports you in transforming limiting beliefs and behaviors, allowing you to step fully into your authentic self and embrace change with a new level of confidence.

Am I Ready

Coaching is an investment—both financially and personally—so it’s important to know if you’re ready to fully engage. If you’re open to being honest, looking within, and confronting what’s holding you back to uncover your own answers, then you’re ready. If you’re hoping someone else will fix things for you, or if you’re not yet ready to face your challenges or accept support, then the timing may not be right.

My Coaching Package

Many clients ask about how they can use their coaching package.  While it is recommended to schedule weekly 1 hour sessions, life happens.  Sometimes you may need more than 1 session in a week and sometimes you may need to miss a week or 2. As long as you are working toward your goals, the schedule is flexible and packages do not expire. We can meet via a video call or phone call.  If you or I feel coaching isn’t working for you, a refund for any time not used will be given.

Coaching vs. Counseling

Coaching is a holistic process designed around your unique experiences and goals. Instead of giving you answers, it helps you uncover your own inner wisdom, supporting forward growth and connection to every part of yourself. Counseling or therapy, on the other hand, often follows a medical model, focusing on diagnosing symptoms and finding their causes, with the goal of fixing what feels broken. While both can provide meaningful support, their methodologies and philosophies differ.

How Long is the Journey

Each person’s journey is beautifully unique. In every session, we focus on your intentions and goals, opening space for growth, clarity, and new possibilities. The more you lean into the process, the more deeply you’ll experience transformation. As you work toward your goals, you may find they shift or expand. Together, we’ll map them out and create tools you can weave into your daily life to support and sustain them. This is your journey, and only you can know when you’ve reached the place you’re striving for. I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
